Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by White Rook DOO ("White Rook," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

White Rook provides 3D visualization, 3D modeling, rendering, and digital asset creation services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a custom proposal or invoice provided to the client prior to the commencement of work.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval of the watermarked draft renders. High-resolution, unwatermarked final files will only be delivered once the final payment has been received in full.

3. Revisions and Scope Changes

All projects include three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional cost, provided the revisions do not alter the original project scope. Revisions requested after the third round, or requests that constitute a change in scope (e.g., architectural changes, new camera angles), will be billed additionally. Please refer to our Revision & Rework Policy for full details.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the final rendered images and animations for any commercial or marketing purpose. White Rook DOO retains ownership of the underlying 3D source files (.max, .blend, etc.), textures, and proprietary workflows used to create the deliverables, unless a source file buyout is explicitly negotiated.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall White Rook DOO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
